摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate early diagnosis value of TVS in diagnosis of CSP.Methods 20 suspected cases of pregnant women in our hospital for the CSP were selected as study ,treated by albumin and furosemide supportive care and the treatment group(28),treated by somatostatin on the basis of control group. Color Doppler ultrasound image features, clinical outcomes , and prognosis were analyzed.Results20 cases of suspected patients, 14 cases diagnosed CSP, which pathologically confirmed 13 cases, the diagnostic accuracy was 92.86% ; 6 cases diagnosed as non- CSP, which pathologically confirmed 1 case of CSP, the diagnostic accuracy was 83.33%. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound helps cesarean scar pregnancy rapid and accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis of early stage to help select the appropriate clinical treatment plan.关键词
