摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of the psychological nursing intervention in acute coronary syndrome (acute xoronary syndrome,ACS). Methods 78 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were analyzed and randomly divided into the treatment group (40 cases) and control group (38 cases). The control group was given conventional nursing, the treatment group was given psychological nursing based on the method of the control group. Two groups of patients, satisfaction of getting out of bed time, hospitalization time, sleep quality, anxiety score (SAS) and Depression Scale (SDS) were compared.Results Two groups of patients, satisfaction of getting out of bed time, hospitalization time, sleep quality, SAS and SDS score in treatment group were significantly better than the control group, the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01). ConclusionPsychological nursing intervention can reduce hospitalization in patients with acute coronary syndrome patients, promote early get out of bed, improve the quality of sleep in patients, improve patient anxiety, with the clinical application value.关键词
