Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of community comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance behavior and quality of life for patients with of primary hypertension.MethodsFrom December 2011 to December 2013,selected 80 cases of hypertension in this community,they were divided into study group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group only took symptomatic guided by community health care workers,the study group used an integrated care interventions,included psychological,diet,exercise,medication intervention and health education,home visits.Antihypertensive effect,medical compliance rate,good rates of improving quality of life were compared.Results The total effective rate of antihypertensive effect of study group was 97.5%,the total medical compliance rate of study group was 95.0%,improving the overall quality of life,good rates of improving quality of study group was 95.0%,respectively,significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Community comprehensive primary care interventions can improve compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with hypertension,thereby effectively control blood pressure levels.关键词
