Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of endoscopic treatment and surgery in the treatment of early colorectal cancer.Methods80 cases with early colorectal cancer in our hospital from May 2009 to April 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group (40 cases). The control group was given conventional surgical treatment, the observation group was given endoscopic treatment. Observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.ResultsThere had no differ significantly between the two groups on cancer resection rate and survival rate(P>0.05);the observation group was significantly lower than the control group on surgery time, treatment cost, complications incidence, there had statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical efficacy of endoscopic treatment and surgery in the treatment of early colorectal cancer are almost same, but endoscopic surgical treatment time is short, it can reduce the suffering of patients, fewer postoperative complications, and low cost of treatment, it is worthy for promotion.关键词
