Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of the nasal endoscopic operation on treating, and to find a better treatment for chronic sinusitis.Methods 64 patients from year 2009-2013 in our hospital with chronic sinusitis were selected, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with mirror nasal endoscope operation, the control group were treated with the traditional operation, clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group was 93.8%, significantly higher than that of control group (65.6%).The treatment group in the average operation time, bleeding volume, length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than that of the control group, but the complication and recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical curative effect of Nasal endoscopic operation on treatment of chronic sinusitis is exactly, and it has short operation time, less bleeding, shorter hospital stay, less complications, low recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical use, but also put forward higher requirements for clinicians.关键词
