Abstract
ObjectiveTo discuss effects of different feeding methods on early growth and development for preterm low birth weight newborn.Methods 379 preterm low birth weight newborns were selected as subjects. 236 cases were fed with preterm formula milk, 32 cases were fed with breast milk, 63 cases were fed with full-term child formula milk, 21 cases were fed with preterm formula milk and breast milk, and 27 cases were fed with full-term child formula milk and breast milk. Daily average body mass, weekly length, head circumference growth rates from discharged to a month after birth were compared in all groups.Results Daily average body mass, weekly length, head circumference growth rates of group of preterm formula milk were higher than other groups, and those of group of breast milk and group of full-term child formula milk were lower than group of preterm formula milk(P<0.01). ConclusionPreterm children formula milk can provide the necessary nutrients, and is conducive to the growth and development of preterm children extrauterine.关键词
