35例肾移植患者他克莫司血药浓度监测分析
Analysis of blood concentration data of tacrolimus in 35 renal transplantation patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between tacrolimus blood drug concentration of renal transplantation patients in different periods and dose. Methods Drug concentration of blood of 35 cases of renal transplantation patients was monitored for a long time. The relationship of postoperative time, dosage and tacrolimus blood concentrations was analyzed. Results 35 cases of renal transplantation patients a total of 195 times blood drug concentration was monitored with individual blood drug concentration. Blood drug concentration is higher 1 month after renal transplantation surgery while the tacrolimus concentration with 4 ~ 8ng/mL is suitable after more than a month. Conclusion Considering the tacrolimus narrow therapeutic window, we suggest monitoring blood drug concentration.关键词
