Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of sodium valproate and flunarizine in treatment of migraine. Methods 86 patients with migraine treated in our hospital from January 2011 to April 2013 were selected, which were divided into a control group and an observation group by using the method of drawing lots. The control group with 43 cases received sibelium, while the observation group with another 43 cases further received sodium valproate, the clinical efficacy, with headache scores and adverse reaction between the two groups after the therapy, were compared and analyzed. Results The total efficiency rate of the observation group was 93.02%(40/43), was significantly higher than that in the ontrol group with 81.40% (35/43). There was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). And, the comprehensive score of headache patients were (10.6±4.9), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.6±5.2). There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). In addition, the incidence of adverse reaction in observation groups was 11.63%(5/43) was compared with control group, with 9.30%(4/43). There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion Using sodium valproate combined with flunarizine to treat migraine can relieve the symptoms of headache and reduce the adverse reactions, which has a high clinical practical value and popularization value.关键词
