摘要
Abstract
Objective To comparatively study the main active ingredient content of Scutellaria baicalensis samples from different origins. Methods Scutellaria baicalensis samples from Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Gansu three origins were selected and analyzed,three samples were done repeatability,stability,recovery,linear relationship between the study and sample determination by HPLC. Results Scutellaria baicalensis samples from three origins all had good reproducibility,stability and recovery.The contents of Baicalin and wogonoside in the samples were Hebei > Inner Mongolia > Gansu,and Scutellarein and Wogonin contents were Inner Mongolia > Hebei > Gansu. Conclusion Scutellaria baicalensis sample has different main ingredients of different origins,In the formulation should select suitable origin Scutellaria baicalensis according to the different roles.关键词
