Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of PBL combining situational simulation results in gastroenterology nurse trainee in college. Methods 80 nursing trainee in college training in gastroenterology form March 2013-June 2013 were randomly assigned to two groups, 40 people in each. The experimental group received PBL + scenario simulation approach, namely students to extracurricular self-study → history taking → scenario simulation → discussion in groups → teacher summarizes , five steps. The control group received the traditional teaching methods. After trainee the theory and operation scores of the two groups were test, and evaluated of teaching effectiveness by self-teaching method evaluation table. Results The impact on student achievement of the experimental group was compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01), PBL combine situational simulation stimulated student learning initiative, and exercised the abilities of students, helped students' comprehensive training quality. Conclusion The combined PBL helps improve situational simulation of gastroenterology trainee nursing students learning effect, should be popularized in clinical probation.关键词
