腹膜透析患者自我管理行为与其自我效能之间的关系及护理
The relationship between self-management behavior and the self-efficacy of peritoneal dialysis patients and the corresponding nursing measures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between self-management behavior and the self-efficacy of peritoneal dialysis patient and the corresponding nursing measures. Methods Forty-eight peritoneal dialysis patients who accepted treatment in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were taken as the research objects with the method of retrospective analysis. In this way, the nursing measures were summarized. Results It could be found from the results that the overall and the partial self-management behavior of peritoneal dialysis patients and the self-efficacy were positively correlated relationship(P < 0.05). In addition, through strengthening psychological nursing, and the health education for patients, their management behavior could be obviously improved. Conclusion The self-management behavior of peritoneal dialysis patient is closely related with the self-efficacy of them. In addition, it can effectively improve the patient’s self management behavior to strengthen the psychological intervention and health education for these patients.关键词
