自我管理教育对膝骨关节炎患者临床康复影响
Clinical analysis of self-management education in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To study the influence of self-management eduction on the clinical outcome of patient with knee osteoarthritis. Methods We prospectively studied 100 oatients with knee osteoarthritis,they were assigned to two separate groups randomLy,50 patients in each group.Patients of control group received treatment of oral medicine and articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate. Patients of experimental group received self-management education besides the treatment of control group.Analysis of the clinical results included the pain,limping,swelling,squatting down,up and down stairs. Results Patients of both groups got good clinical results.In experimental group,curative effect is better than that in control group concerning joint pain,limping,swelling,squatting down,up and down stairs (P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients of knee osteoarthritis got better clinical results after they received self-management education than those who did not. Self-management education can significantly reduce the symptoms,and improve quality of life of the patients.关键词
