摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application value of bone marrow infusion by 5mL one-off syringe in rescue of critically ill children. Methods To analyze the clinical effect of the 21 critically ill children which were failing to establish the venous transfusion,were given the salvage drug by bone marrow infusion with 5mL one-off syringe. Of all the 21 patients were selected from the process of aid foreign in Republic of Botswana between May 2012 and June 2014. Results 21 critically ill children were success of once injection on bone marrow infusions and had been established the effective venous transfusion between 30 and 180 second. Conclusion If it is difficult to establish the venous transfusion in a first aid process,bone marrow infusion with 5mL one-off syringe is a safe, rapid and effective method,which has simple operation and has greatly improved the success rate of rescue.关键词
