Abstract
Objective To study the effect of laparoscopy combined with cholecochoscopy in the treatment of common bile duct exploration in senile patients. Methods To retrospectively analyze the 128 senile patients treated with Laparoscopic choledocholithotomy as the observation group, while 100 senile patients treated with laparotomy on stone extraction as the control group, from 2007 to 2012. Results Compared with control group, the intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less, the time of postoperative passage of gas by anus, the leaving bed time and the hospital time were significantly shorter in observation group, there were less patients of postoperative complications in observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with cholecochoscopy in the treatment of common bile duct exploration has quicker postoperative recovery and less postoperative complications, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
