急性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术与开腹手术对比分析

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic and laparotomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods 100 patients with acute appendicitis were divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group,with 50 cases in each group. Results The operation time and the intraoperative blood loss of the two group had no significant differences(P>0.05).The recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function in laparoscopic group was shorter than laparotomy group(P < 0.05).The use rate of analgesics of laparoscopic group was 4%(2/50) with non-complication, while in laparotomy group,the use rate of analgesics was 22%(11/50),there were 5 cases with incision infection and 2 cases with abdominal abscess.The different of the complication rate between the two group had statistical significance(0vs 14%,P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has lower rate of incision infection,rapid restoration of gastrointestinal function,less traumatic,is an effective and safety operative method, worthy to be popularized and applied.关键词
