盐酸坦索罗辛治疗输尿管远端小结石的临床应用
Clinical application of tamsulosin HCl in distal ureteral microlith
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy of tamsulosin HCl in distal ureteral microlith. Methods 80 patients,who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group who was treated with Yejinpaishi capsule and experimental group who was treated with Yejinpaishi capsule combined tamsulosin HCl. To compare the clinical effect between the two groups. Results The litlaagogue therapeutic efficacy in experimental group(95.0% )was higher ideal than which in control group(85.0% ), the surgical intervention rate in experimental group(15.0%)was lower than which in control group(37.5%), the using rate of superactive analgetic during removing calculus in experimental group(20.0%)was lower than which in control group(45.0%), the time of removing calculus in experimental group(5.8±3.3)d was shorter than which in control group(9.5±3.6), the incidence of adverse drug reaction in experimental group(7.5%)was lower than which in control group(17.5%), the differences were statically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tamsulosin HCl in the treatment of distal ureteral microlith which has higher incidence, has ideal clinical effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
