Analysis of off-label drug use of antiepileptic drugs in our hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the situation of the off-label drug use of antiepileptic drugs in our hospital, and to promote clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 1000 prescriptions in 2012 collected from the out-patient department of our hospital were analyzed in accordance with the contents of the related drug package inserts. Results Of the total 1000 prescriptions,480(48%) involved the off-label drug use.And the top three are Levetira cetam,Lamotrigine,Valproic acid. Conclusion It's widespread for the off-label drug use inserts of antiepileptic drugs,which should be given fully attention in the clinic.关键词
