On the legal nature of the doctor-patient relationship
摘要
Abstract
Doctor-patient relationship increasingly become a social focus. The legal nature of the doctor-patient relationship in legal theory is quite controversial. There are several theory such as civil legal relations theory, consumer legal relationship theory, administrative legal relationship theory and social security law relationship theory. The theory undoubtedly should solve problems of the application of the legal relationship between doctors and patients in the judicial practice. This article intends to indicate the significance of separating legislation on health and building independent medical legal system.关键词
