Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of hip replacement in treatment of femoral neck fracture compared with fracture internal fixation. Methods 90 patients with femoral neck fracture who were selected in our hospital were divided into observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.To compare the effect of hip replacement treatment of the observation group with racture internal fixation treatment of the control group. Results The hospitalization time and the operation time had no significant difference between the two group(P >0.05).The evacuation active time of observation group was better than control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative complications of patients was less and the improvement of hip joint function was better in observation group compared with control group. Conclusion Hip replacement in treatment of aged femoral neck fractures has good treatment effect and higher improvement of limb function,could improve the life quality of the patients than fracture internal fixation,which is worthy of popularize.关键词
