38例高龄急性坏疽性胆囊炎经腹手术治疗的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the surgical treatment method of senile acute gangrenous cholecystitis. Methods 38 cases of elder patients(>75)with acute gangrenous cholecystitis were retrospective analysis. Results Of the 38 patients,27 cases received one-stage cholecystectomy,11 cases underwent cholecystostomy and 1 cases died as septic shock. Conclusion Surgical operation in the treatment of acute gangrenous cholecystitis should be widely used as far as possible.Surgical operation in the treatment of acute gangrenous cholecystitis should be widely used as far as possible.关键词
