Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors of operation incision fat liquefaction in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 95 patients with operation incision fat liquefaction in our hospital were selected as the study group, who were in our hospital from 2010 April to 2012 April. 80 cases were selected as control group, who were without incision fat liquefaction. The related factors of gynecology and obstetric operation incision fat liquefaction were observed. Results The factors of incision fat liquefaction were body mass index, combined with systemic disease, bad technique of suture, application of surgical electric knife, incision exposure time, fat thickness,and incision without flushing. Incision without flushing was related factors of incision fat liquefaction, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Age, length of incision, intraoperative bleeding of two groups were no significant differences (P > 0.05). Conclusion The influencing factors of incision fat liquefaction are complex. Incision fat liquefaction is reduced through the intervention implementation of against risk factors.关键词
