Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between the serum uric acid level and hypertension and pre-hypertension. Methods 400 healthy physical examinees who were examined in our hospital from April 2011 to November 2013 were selected as the observation objects and were divided into hypertension group,pre-hypertension group and healthy group according to the self-condition of healthy physical examinees.To analyze the correlation by monofactorial and multifactorial methods between the serum uric acid level and the blood pressure level and hypertension and pre-hypertension,through the investigation of smoking,drinking and other statuses and the measurement of blood pressure,blood glucose and uric acid and other indexes. Results Through the comparative analysis,it was discovered that,the serum uric acid level was in direct proportional to the risk of pre-hypertension and hypertension;the risk ratio of hypertension and pre-hypertension between the lowest serum uric acid level of 4 and the highest serum uric acid level of 4 was respectively 3.392(95%CI2.191-5.251)、1.973(95%CI1.418-2.747)after the multifactorial adjustment. Conclusion The serum uric acid level which has gradually increased should be treated as an independent risk factor of the development from pre-hypertension to hypertension,must be paid enough attention and be controlled.关键词
