Orem自理模式干预对慢性腰腿痛手术患者生存质量的研究
Study on Orem Self-care mode intervention in quality of life of surgery patients with chronic lumbocrural pain

Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study is to discuss two groups of surgery patients of their improvements in quality of life by applying Orem Self-care Mode to do nursing intervention for those with chronic lumbocrural pain. Methods There were 126 surgery patients who had been diagnosed with the chronic lumbocrural pain in our department from October 2013 to April 2014.I continuous randomly distributed them to intervention group (63cases) and control group (63cases).The former applied the Orem Self-care Mode,while the latter the routine nursing mode. Admitting tohospital,before hospital discharge,1 month after discharge, and 3 months after discharge,the SF-36 score of patients were all recorded for statistical analysis. Results 1 month after discharge,the eight dimensions in the SF-36 score of two groups of patients haven’t improved remarkably(P > 0.05),while 3 months safter discharge,the intervention group of patients improved more in the SF-36 score(P < 0.05).The ODI score of patients with chronic lumbocrural pain was positively related to the VAS score(r=0.483,P<0.05);In the SF–36 score,PF,RP and BP,these three dimensions were negatively correlated to the VAS score and the ODI score(P<0.05),GH,VT and SF,these three dimensions were negatively correlated to the ODI score(P<0.05) and VT this dimension was low positively related to age(r=0.276,P<0.05). Conclusion It can relieve the pain for patients,resume the function of the lumbar spine and improve the QOL applying Orem Self-care Mode to do nursing intervention for those with chronic lumbocrural pain.关键词
