HPLC法测定齿囊耙齿菌固体发酵产物中麦角甾醇含量
HPLC determination of ergosterol content in irpex lacteus sac fungi solid fermentation products
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of ergosterol content in irpex lacteus sac fungi solid fermentation products. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography, Hanbond ODS-C18 column chromatography (250×4.6mm, 5μm), the mobile phase of 100% methanol, flow rate was 1.0mL/ min, detection wavelength was 282nm;column temperature was 30℃. Results The injection volume of ergosterol was between 0.20-1.40μg absorption peak area, showed a good linear relationship, r=0.9999; the average recovery was 100.07%, RSD(%)=1.91%. The method had a high specificity, accuracy, reproducibility and feasibility. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, good, it provides a reliable basis for quality evaluation of irpex lacteus sac fungi solid fermentation product.关键词
