毫火针治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的临床研究
Clinical study on the treatment of patients with primary coagulation of cold dampness dysmenorrhoea after filiform-fire needle

Abstract
Objective Observed the curative effects of filiform-fire needle for primary coagulation of cold dampness dysmenorrhoea. Methods 100 patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomized into 2 groups to receive filiform-fire needle(44cases)and a routine acupuncture group(45cases).The effect was counted after 3 months. Observed tdysmenorrhea symptom and VAS score before and after the treatment. Results In the treatment group,the cure rate was 96.0%,the total effective rate was 98.0%.The control group were 88.0%、95%.The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group on the effect and onset time of treatment.10min after treatment,there are differences in VAS scores. Conclusion The treatment with filiform-fire needle for primary coagulation of cold dampness dysmenorrhoea has a significant curative effect.关键词
