Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of Nimodipine on restoration of cerebral haematoma,edema and neurological function of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 84 case of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January to December 2013 were randomly divided into research group and control group,42 cases in the control group were given conventional dehydration,hemostasis,anti-inflammatory,antihypertensive treatment,research group was given nimodipine treatment on the basis of control group. After three weeks treatment,all patients were given CT scan,cerebral haematoma and edema volume changes were observed,before and after treatment,neurological deficit scores were compared,and therapeutic effect of two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment,hematoma,edema volume and neurological deficit scores of two groups were decreased,the differences were significant(P < 0.05).But the cerebral haematoma volume,cerebral edema volume,neurological deficit scores of research group were significantly smaller(lower)than the control group (P < 0.05).The total efficiency rate of research group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, nimodipine can effectively reduce cerebral hematoma ,edema volume,and can promote the restoration of neurological function,has positive role in improving the treatment effect,it is worth of application.关键词
