心理干预护理对功能性消化不良患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响
Effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and depression emotion in patients with poor functionaldigestion

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and depression emotion in patients with poor functionaldigestion. Methods 65 functional dyspepsia patients with anxiety and depression were collected from 2012 June to 2013 year in May in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group 33 cases and control group of 32 cases. Two groups were observed before and after the interventionof clinical symptom score, SAS score and SDS, 6 months and 1 year recurrence rate. Results Two groups of patients and intervention of clinical symptoms ofaccumulated scores were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group after the intervention of clinical symptom score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Comparison and intervention SAS, SDS score of patients in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group after the intervention of SAS and SDS integral was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05). The observation group of 6 months and 1 year recurrencerates were 9.09%, 24.24%, significantly lower than the 28.13%and 46.88%in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the functional dyspepsia patients with anxiety and depression, reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
