Abstract
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 72 cases of hospitalized children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into research group (comprehensive nursing intervention group) and control group, 36 cases in each group, the children in the control group were treated with conventional drug and care, the children in the research group on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention, the times of asthmatic attack, emergency times, hospital days of the children in two groups were compared in one year, and the nursing application effects were analyzed and compared. Results The times of asthmatic attack, emergency times and hospital days of the children in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the total clinical effective rate in the research group was 91.67%, the total clinical effective ate in the control group was 69.44%, the difference of clinical curative effect of the two groups was significant, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of bronchial asthma, comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect.关键词
