Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine composite flurbiprofen in orthopedic surgery. Methods 96 cases of patients were selected as research object, who received orthopedic surgery in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013. Observation group(48 cases) was injected dezocine and flurbiprofen before surgery. Control group (48 cases) was injected dezocine and flurbiprofen at the time of sewing leather. Intravenous analgesia pump were connected to the patients after surgery. The analgesic effect of both groups were then compared, and the adverse events were recorded. Results 24h after surgery, VAS score of observation group was significant better than the control group. And its degree of sedation was also better than the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction for observation group was 4.17%,and 6.25% was the control group, with no significant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion Preoperative using dezocine composite flurbiprofen has a significant analgesic effect in orthopedic surgery, which has a good security. It is worthy of progressive application.关键词
