摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between serum potassium concentration of hypokalemic periodic paralysed patients and muscle strength, electrocardiogram, and the levels of muscle enzymes. Methods 134 patients with HOPP who were selected in our hospital were divided into group A(mild hypokalemia group, n=23), group B (moderate hypokalemia, n=49), and group C(serious hypokalemia group, n=62). Results The differences of upper extremity muscle strength, lower extremity muscle strength, the rising rate of muscle enzymes, and the levels of muscle enzymes between the three groups had statistical significance(P <0.05). The P-R interval, QRS duration, and P-T interval of electrocardiogram after treatment were lower than which of before treatment(P<0.05). The rising rate of muscle enzymes and the levels of muscle enzymes in group C were all higher than which in group A and group B, while which in group B was higher than which in group A(P<0.05). Serum potassium concentration and CK were statistical negative correlation.(P < 0.05). Conclusion The understanding of the relationship between the degree of serum potassium concentration reduction of patients with HOPP and muscle strength, electrocardiogram, and the levels of muscle enzymes has important action on diagnosis, therapeutic efficacy, and prognostic evaluation.关键词
