Abstract
Objective To compare the application of dynamic and conventional electrocardiogram in diagnose of arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease.Methods 65 cases with coronary heart disease diagnosed by our hospital from August 2013 to January 2014 were selected. Their ages were (51.3±17.5)year-old, which were during the ages of 33 to 69 year-old. And they were composed of 36 males and 29 females. And their course of disease were(101.9±24.1)months, which were between 1 month and 21 years. The medications were stopped in patients for three days before into study. Regular ECG was taken first, and dynamic ECG was taken for 24h later. The numbers of myocardial ischemia, the arrhythmia occurrence such as superventricular premature beat, ventricular bigeminy or trigeminy, ventricular premature beat in pairs, atrial premature and atrial premature beat in pairs and the acceptance of patients were observed.ResultsIn these 65 patients, positive rate of myocardial ischemia between two examinations were not significantly different(P>0.05). Positive rate of ventricular bigeminy or trigeminy, ventricular premature beat in pairs, premature atrial premature beats, atrial bigeminy or trigeminy, atrial premature beat in pairs, nonsustained supraventricular tachycardia between two examinations were significantly different, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After examination, acceptances rate of patients to the two examinations were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram has a high level sensitivity in diagnose of arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease and accepted by the majority of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
