Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the curative effect in children of severe pneumonia with Hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine joint Human immunoglobulin.Methods 110 children with severe pneumonia as the research object, were randomLy divided into observation group which was given the Hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine joint Human immunoglobulin,and control group which was only given the Hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine.The effect of related indicators after treatment were observed.ResultsThe efficiency of observation group after treatment in children was 52.7%, the total effective rate was 94.5%,and in the control group was 34.5%,83.6%, Observation group therapy effect was obviously better than the control group(P<0.05). the cough and expectoration, lung rale relief time, the X-ray signs disappear time and heart failure cases of observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine joint human immunoglobulin can improve the treatment effect, have positive clinical value.关键词
