The application of quality care model in fracture healing and functional recovery for patients with fractures

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and observe the application results of quality care model in bone fracture healing and functional recovery.Methods 140 cases of orthopedic patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 70 cases in each group,to intervene the control group received orthopedic routine care measures,the observation group further received the implementation of quality care model,bone healing,satisfaction and joint function recovery between the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);fracture healing effects and joint function recovery capabilities in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality care improve patient satisfaction fracture care,accelerate bone healing and functional recovery of patients with fractures,is worth of popularization and application in clinical practice.关键词
