Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN) in hemodialysis in order to improve the prognosis of the patients.Methods104 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis,admitted into the hemodialysis center of our hospital from October 2010 to December 2013,were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the control group (n=52) and intervention group (n=52).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures while patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the nursing in the control group.Various clinical pathological and physiological indexes (hemoglobin,total protein,albumin,creatinine,urea nitrogen,systolic and diastolic blood pressure) of the patients in two groups were compared before and after intervention and the incidence of related complications were compared between the two groups.The life quality of the patients in two groups was also compared according to the SF-36 life quality evaluation scale.ResultsBefore intervention, there was no difference of clinical pathological and physiological index between the two groups of patients (P<0.05).After intervention,BUN and SBP of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),but the rest of the indexes were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Heart failure and fistula infection rate and other complication incidences in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05) and the scores of physiological and psychological function were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the dialysis index and blood pressure of the patients with DN in hemodialysis,reduce complications and also can improve their lifer quality,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
