人性化护理模式在产科中的应用价值探讨

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of humanistic nursing model in obstetrical department. Methods2663 cases maternal were selected as research object,who admitted to obstetrical department in our hospital.They were divided into two groups randomly.Control group(1263 cases)was cared by conventional program. Observation group(1400 cases)was cared by humanistic nursing programs.The nursing effect was then compared. ResultsCesarean section rate of observation group was 18.79%,average HAMA score was(5.3±2.3)points,hospital stay was(3.2±1.2)d.Cesarean section rate of control group was 21.85%,average HAMA score was(8.6±3.6) points,hospital stay was(4.8±1.8)d.There was a significant difference by comparison(P<0.05).Satisfaction of observation group was 97.71%,and satisfaction of control group was 88.99%.There was also a significant difference by comparison(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing mode improve the quality of obstetric care,and promote postpartum rehabilitation,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
