摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss effect of bipolar electrocautery unit of blood on ovarian function in laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery. Methods Clinical data of 62 cases with ophorocystectomy were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treatment by laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery.30 cases received bipolar electrocautery unit of blood as study group,and 32 cases received sutured hemostasis as control group.Levels of serum estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results Levels of serum estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone after treatment of the A subgroup and B subgroup of study group were lower than A subgroup and B subgroup of control group(P<0.05);Levels of serum estradiol at 3 months and 12 months after surgery of B subgroup of control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone of the A subgroup and B subgroup of study group were higher than A subgroup and B subgroup of control group(P<0.05);Levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone at 3 months and 12 months after surgery of B subgroup of control group were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionBipolar electrocautery unit of blood affects ovarian function in laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery,especially for patients with bilateral ovarian cyst removal surgery.关键词
