Abstract
Objective To observe the influences of radiation-induced heart damage after three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy or intensity-modulated radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancers by monitoring the radiation-induced heart damage.Methods Between August 2011 and February 2014, 102 patients with esophageal cancers in our hospital were treated with confomal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy, the patients were examined electrocardiogram(ECG), myocardial enzymes, cardiac troponin I, ultrasonic cardiogram and thorax CT ect before radiation and after radiation and were followed up in three months after radiation.ResultsThe incidence rate of actue radiation-induced heart damage was 79.6%(39 patients) in conventional radiotherapy groups. The incidence rate of actue RIHD was 60.4%(32 patients).x2=3.938,P<0.05, The difference have statistics significance. Conclusion The patients with esophageal cancers encounted dimensional radiontherapy reduced the damaged of acute heart radiation by limiting reasonably the dose and ranre of radiation.关键词
