鼻内镜下手术结合咪康唑鼻窦内灌注治疗NIFRS疗效观察
An observation of the curative effect of the nasal endoscopic surgery with miconazole sinus perfusion in the treatment of NIFRS

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the nasal endoscopic surgery with miconazole sinus perfusion in the Treatment of NIFRS.Methods118 patients with NIFRS were randomly divided into two groups according to the stochastic indicator method.59 patients of the control group received the treatment of the nasal endoscopic surgery, while 59 patients of the observation group further received miconazole sinus perfusion.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results All patients were followed up for 10~48 months,the average was (13.0±3.8)months.They were all cured and did not relapse.Total effective rate in the observation group was 98.31%,significantly higher than that of 83.05% in the control group.The average healing time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05).Cure rate in the observation group was 57.63% (34 patients in 59 patients) in less than 3 weeks,was significantly higher than that of 30.51% (18 patients in 59 patients) in the control group (P<0.05). 4 relapsing patients, 6.78% of the observation group, were significantly less than that of the control group 16 patients, 27.12% (P<0.05).Conclusion The nasal endoscopic surgery combined with miconazole sinus perfusion in the treatment of NIFRS has a curative effect,eliminate fungal growth of low oxygen and high sugar circumstance,enhance the body immunity and is safe and reliable.Healing time of the surgical site is short and recurrence rate is low.关键词
