Abstract
0bjective To observe the effect of Sam68 protein to cervical cancer cells proliferation, and research that as a subject. Methods 100 of patients with cervical neoplasm treated in our hospital during December, 2012 to December, 2013 were selected and comparatively observed. 44 case of cervical benign tumor were as the control group and 56 cases of cervical cancer were as the observation group. The index change of Sam68 protein, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (Ki67), and E-cadherin in the tumor tissue of patients in both the two groups was analyzed. Results After the treatment of 100 cases of patients, the Sam68 protein expression level of patients with cervical benign tumor was obviously lower than that with cervical cancer, which had positive correlation with the E-cadherin expression and negative correlation with Ki67 expression. Conclusion The Sam68 protein expression level in the cervical cancer tissue is significantly higher than that in the normal cervical tissue, which improves the cervical cancer cells proliferation.关键词
