摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a method for the determination of etomidate concentration in plasma by using HPLC and to provide scientific analysis for the studies of etomidate clinical pharmacology. Methods The Agilent TC-C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used as analytical columu with mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (75:25) .The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 241nm. Results The linear ranges were 0.25-5.00μg/mL for etomidate in human plasma.The method recover were 98.6%-101.3%and the extraction recovery were 72.6%-74.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable which is suitable for the determination of etomidate in human plasma.关键词
