摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cost-effectiveness of glimepiride tablets and gliclazide sustained-release tablets for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 86 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus are randomly assigned into group A and group B. They are treated with glimepiride tablets and gliclazide sustained-release tablets respectively. The cost-effectiveness of them are analysed. Results The total cost of group A was 825.00 yuan. The total cost of group B was 1348.44 yuan.The rate of effectivenesee are 83.72 and 79.07 respectively. The rate of cost-effectiveness are 9.85 and 17.05 respectively. Conclusion The cost-effectiveness of glimepiride tablets for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is better than that of gliclazide sustained-release tablets.关键词
