六神丸治疗急性咽炎的临床研究
The clinical trials of Liushen pill for the treatment of acute pharyngitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of Liushen pill to the patients with acute pharyngitis. Methods A controlled study was carried out among 240 patients who met the inclusion / exclusion criteria. All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group 160 patients, oral Liushen pills (each 10, 3 times/day), the control group 80 patients, oral Liushen simulated pills (each 10, 3 times/day), and were treated for 3 days. The efficacy was assessed by sore throat VAS score , TCM clinical symptom score and the safety was assessed by the symptoms, signs, laboratory tests. Results After three-day treatment, sore throat VAS score , TCM clinical symptom score were significantly decreased . Through superior effect test suggested the curative effect of experimental group is better than the control group. There were no adverse reactions among two groups. Conclusion Liushen pill is safe and effective treatment of acute pharyngitis, suitable for clinical application.关键词
