Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of hand came to disperse treat coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis. Methods 75 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis typein From 2013 May to 2014 May in our hospital were randomly divided all patients into observation group 38cases and control group of 37 cases. The clinical efficacy of the two groups, TCM syndrome curative effect, the two groups before and after treatment of blood lipid and C- reactive proteinlevel and TCM symptoms integral comparison Were all compared. Results The clinical observation group the total effective rate was 94.74%in the control group, the total efficiency of 83.78%, two group of comparison,difference was significant (P < 0.05). In observation group, the total efficiency of TCM Syndromes of 92.11%, significantly higher than the control group 78.38%, two groups of comparison, difference was significant (P < 0.05). The observation group before and after treatment, CRP, TG, TC, LDH-C comparison of the indicators(P<0.05). Conclusion The hand twist powder prescription for patients with stable coronary artery disease can improve the clinical symptoms effectively, alleviate thesymptoms of angina pectoris.关键词
