Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 140 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital in 2012 to 2013 were selected and analyzed, who were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 70 cases in each group, the control group received the treatment of conventional anti angina pectoris medicine combined with simvastatin, the observation group further received simvastatin article 40mg each time, and abdominal subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin 5000IU, 12hours every time, continuous use 7days. The treatment effect was observed. Results The remission rate of angina and ECG improvement rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). In addition, the angina attack frequency, time of duration, ST segment depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, its curative effect is obviously superior to the single use of simvastatin treatment, with less adverse reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
