Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined compound salvia pellet in the treatment of fatty liver. Methods 70 patients with fatty liver, who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014, were selected to divide into experimental group who were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined compound salvia pellet and control group who were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results There were 12 patients who had returned to normal with the cure rate of 34.3% and the total effective rate of 94.3% in experimental group, while there were 3 patients who had returned to normal with the cure rate of 8.6%and the total effective rate of 85.7%in control group, the differences both had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined compound salvia pellet in the treatment of fatty liver could improve the cure rate of patients, has better efficacy to reduce the pathological degree of liver lipid, and is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
