Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of oxiracetam combined GM1 treatment in cognitive dysfunction of cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group patients only received GM1 treatment: 5% dextrose or saline injection 250mL+GM1 injection 10mL intravenous drip, qd;The experimental group received oxiracetam joint GM1 treatment methods as follows: 5% dextrose or saline injection 250mL+ 30mL oxiracetam intravenous injection, qd; 5% dextrose or saline injection 250mL + GM1 injection 10mL intravenous drip, qd. The treatment times of the two groups both were 21 days. Simple Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Barthel index of pre-treatment and post-treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The MMSE and Barthel index of the two group with pre-treatment were better than that with post-treatment, while the extent of improvement in the experimental group than that in the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of oxiracetam combined GM1 in the patients with cognitive dysfunction of cerebral infarction, can effectively improve the mental state of patients and daily living skills, improve the quality of life of patients, should be vigorously promoted and used.关键词
