Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of Metoprolol for chronic congestive heart failure. Methods Clinical data of 60 cases with chronic congestive heart failure were retrospectively analyzed.Twenty-eight cases were treated by normal treatment as control group,and 32 cases were treated by Metoprolol based on normal treatment as study group.Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After treatment,NYHA classification of two groups improved apparently(P<0.05),but that of study group improved more than control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,CI,CO,LCW of two groups increased and BNP decreased apparently (P<0.05).After treatment,levels of CI,CO,LCW of study group were higher than control group and BNP was lower than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol based on normal treatment for chronic congestive heart failure can improve clinical efficacy.关键词
