Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of benazepril in the treatment of early renal damage in elderly hypertension. Methods 400 patients with early renal damage in elderly hypertension who were selected in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into control group treated with lacidipine and observation group treated with lacidipine combined benazepril, to comparative observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The clinical effect as the effective rate and the total effective rate were higher in observation group than control group (P < 0.05), the urinary album, the serum creatinine, the urea nitrogen and the cystatin C and other index levels were lower after operation in observation group than control group(P<0.05), the differences was statically significant. Conclusion Benazepril in the treatment of early renal damage in elderly hypertension has ideal clinical effect, could effectively decrease the index levels of renal damage and improve the clinical symptoms of patients especially combined with lacidipine, could be further of clinical application and popularization.关键词
