摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of L-carnitine to anemia and hs-CRP of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital during Oct, 2012 to Oct, 2014 were selected as objects of this study. The 60 patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 40 cases in treatment group and 20 cases in the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with L-carnitine combined with conventional medicine, and patients in the control group were only treated with conventional medicine. The improvement of anemia and the change of hs-CRP before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05), the improvement of anemia and the change of hs-CRP, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion L-carnitine which can obviously improve hs-CRP index and alleviate anaemic of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in clinic, which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
