摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the determination of ELISA and MEIA with hepatitis b virus. Methods 200 cases of patients were choosed and divided into two groups,each 100 cases,the observation group were used MEIA method to determine,the control group were used ELISA method,then positive rate,two groups of operation time and statistics,the results of the time were compared in the two groups. Results The observation group with determination of HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb positive rate was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),operation time and results time were shorter than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion MEIA can determine Hepatitis b virus with quantitative indicators,its diagnostic rate is high,so we suggeste it worthy of clinical promotion under precondition of the economic conditions allow.关键词
